Registration Terms & Conditions
Please ensure you have carefully read the terms and conditions. By registering for the member exchange, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not understand any part of the terms and conditions, please do not hesitate to ask us for more information. Member exchange cancellation and refund policy Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the member exchange after submitting a registration form are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform Consec - Conference and Event Management in writing of their inability to attend.

A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $160.00 (AUD) including GST will be made on or before 1 November 2024.

No refunds will be made for registrations after 1 November 2024.

Any changes/transfers of delegate made to a registration between the 1st November to the 8th November will incur a $40.00 administrative fee.

Invoice payment terms states payment is required within 7 days of registration.

Your attendance at the member exchange is conditional to payment of this invoice being made before the member exchange. If payment has not been received, you will be unable to attend the member exchange.

Registrations made after 13 October 2024 will be required to pay by credit card online, no invoices will be issued after this date.
