Established in 2018, EveryOne Homes is a specialist division of Metricon Homes dedicated to building social, affordable and accessible homes.
We work with Government, Community Housing Providers, Not-for-Profit organisations and developers of Accessible Housing, providing a holistic solution for design and construction projects, tailored to the needs of the people they serve.

EveryOne Homes is a division of Metricon Homes Pty Ltd (Metricon), Australia’s largest residential builder with 48 years of experience. We build over 4000 homes each year across Victoria, NSW, Queensland and South Australia including individual dwellings, dual-occupancy, and medium density projects. EveryOne Homes delivers housing through what we believe to be Australia’s most efficient builder with build times of single storey homes now being delivered in around 12-14 weeks and double storey homes in 16-20 weeks.
